Payments & Payment Plans
All invoices are processed securely through Stripe, Wise, Paypal or E-transfer.
If you select a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all payments
Failed payments may be retried
If two consecutive payments are missed:
Your access to services and project work may be revoked
Any refund eligibility is void
Technical support and implementation may be reinstated at our discretion upon payment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of work executed on demand or by contract:
No refunds are provided for:
Technical strategy sessions
Completed hourly technical requests or project tasks
Project-based work executed
Intellectual Property

Frameworks
Written materials
Videos and resources
Is protected intellectual property.
You may:
Use materials for business use
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content

Violation may result in termination of contract without refund and legal action.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if necessary.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to provide access and resources upon request within 4 business days of project initiation
Failure to communicate problems, requests or changes in direction within 7 business days
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Non-payment or repeated failed payments
In such cases, access to services and agreed-upon tasks may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
